8-Week Intro to Yoga: Private Sessions

In this 1-on-1 private yoga course,  we’ll explore and go deep into the foundations of asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), and meditation.

How we’ll work together:

Each week we’ll meet for 60 minutes at a standing day and time that works for your schedule.

N

We’ll work 1-on-1 in my consultation room or virtually.

N

Our first session will include an assessment of where you are with your yoga practice, as well as a discussion about your goals and vision for your practice.

N

I provide yoga props, hands-on assists, aromatherapy and other support so that at the end of each session you feel challenged, yet restored.

By the end of the eight weeks you will have better form in your postures, a solid understanding of the core elements of a yoga practice, and the confidence to continue to evolve your practice at home and in group classes.

4-Week Intro to Yoga Add-On: Private Sessions

This 4-week package is for those who want to continue their 1-on-1 private yoga journey with me.

This is for you if …

You’ve completed the 8-week private yoga course with me.

You desire ongoing private instruction to continue to develop your yoga practice.

N

You want yoga support for addressing specific challenges, such as anxiety, depression, or insomnia.

You want focused, personalized instruction on specific postures or yogic practices, such as pranayama.

How we’ll work together:

We’ll meet either every week, every two weeks or monthly for 60 minutes at a standing time that works for your schedule.

N

We’ll work 1-on-1 in my consultation room or virtually.

N

During your first session of Bliss Expansion™, we’ll reassess your goals and vision for your yoga practice. We’ll then map out a plan for fulfilling that vision.

N

I’ll continue to provide yoga props, hands-on assists, aromatherapy and other support during each session.

N

You’ll have OmWork after each session — action items to do on your own in between our sessions.

Your Investment

$297 ~ Four 60-min sessions, which you can schedule either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Repeat the 4-session package for as long as our work together benefits you.
