Is This Right For Me?
Can I work while on this cleanse?
Yes. This cleanse is gentle enough that you can work will doing it; however, know that it’s best to do a cleanse during a time that you don’t have too many commitments.
Is this a fast? Will I be super hungry?
No, this cleanse is not a fast. The nutritious meals, including three days of kitchari, in this cleanse provides nourishment while being easy to digest.
If you’re used to snack several times throughout the day, you may have moments of feeling hungry because snacking between meals is discourage on this cleanse; however, if you drink the recommended amount of water and herbal teas, and eat at the recommended times, you shouldn’t feel particularly uncomfortable.
Also, know that the emotionally cleansing aspect of a cleanse is also about releasing mental attachments to cravings. None the less, it’s counter productive to a cleanse to feel like you’re starving, so if you truly are hungry at any time during the cleanse, it is recommended that you eat.

This 10-day cleanse is suitable for all constitutions. I do give tips for how to customize the recipes and optional supplements based on one’s Ayurvedic constitution.

No. It is not recommended to do a cleanse while pregnant or nursing.
