Ayurveda views health and disease as the end result of how we interact with our environment and nature through the 5 senses —taste, touch, smell sight & sound.
Harmonious interactions lead to health while disharmonious interactions lead to imbalance.
All of nature is comprised of the 5 elements, the building blocks of life: ether (space), air, fire, water, and earth.
The 5 elements and their qualities combine to form the 3 doshas, or energies, known as Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
You are a unique individual with your own combination of all 3 doshas —vata, pitta, kapha — that classify your unique mind-body type (also known as your constitution).
We all have the 3 doshas in our make-up, but each of us was born with one or two dominant doshas influencing our physical appearance, personality, and physiology.
Knowledge of your constitution helps you to know how to best interact with your environment, and which foods, herbs, aromas, colors, and lifestyle habits will give you your best health throughout your life.

The Springboard Initial Consultation Package
2-Hour Initial Consultation
I will ask you many questions about all aspects of who you are, including questions about your digestion, sleeping patterns, daily routines, habits and tendencies.
The consultation will include a pulse (if in person) and tongue assessment, and together, we will get a deeper understanding of where you are physically and emotionally.
60-min Report of Findings
I will present the findings from your initial consultation and the time I spend outside of our visit researching and assessing your unique case.
You’ll receive a personalized plan with recommendations for restoring balance and achieving your wellness goals.
Recommendations include personalized food and herbal education, lifestyle and daily routines, bodywork, yoga therapy, breath work and meditation.
Sessions 3 + 4
We will meet (either in person or online) to check on your progress in making your new lifestyle changes.
I’ll provide education, guidance and support helping you to find solutions that work best for you.
Most importantly, you’ll do the work and stay the course in order to get the results you desire.
Ideally, we’ll continue to work together over the following 3 – 6 months for lasting change. This package includes the first two sessions of follow-up and coaching.
